Do you know that you don't need to actually name a name in order to be held responsible under Tort law


I would suspect that the same idea should apply under the personal attack aspect. Jenna does not need to actually name Tim Luke for us to know who she is talking about. One only need to have followed her pattern of posting ( in all of those deleted posts) to know EXACTLY who she is referring to in her diatribes.

I find it disturbing that a COB can make wild accusations and post all kinds of things but the victims are not allowed to respond.
