Your right on and i have no issue with something new taking center stage at SEEK. Anyone who is in the business fields understand that sh!t pops up ALL the time.

Gator....SG has made it very plain for all to understand where he intended to take SEEK to over the last several months. Not once was a NDS eluded to was it? I don't recall ever hearing about one nor doing the " fact finding " for one.

As far as anyone knows, SG has been tied up selling the business ideas ( marketing ) at conferences, working on the financials ( getting pink sheets current ) and trying to get the company " up-listed " ( and everyone should be aware that will take about 10M in PROFITS to accomplish depending on the Tier )!

Financials have always been SG's main " push " to the investors and shareholders with expectation of them to be produced in the very near future....... ie. no later than the Aug. time frame as would be required by OTCMarkets. He has also referenced using PROFITS when they happened to pay off the debt and buyback shares of stock......probably in 2013 timeframe.

Now all of a sudden it appears SG want's to change horses in mid stream and " let the perverbial cat out of the bag ", via a chat with a message board member that he is in the middle of a NDS but happened not to provide what kind of one nor any other details. Kind of strange wouldn't you think?? Sounds like an ABOUT FACE to me along with possily an abrupt change of the business plan.

I have witnessed other companies attempt this strategy in the past to avoid some aspect of statements that were made pryor to the NDS statement. Just saying, we all know what SG's history is as to speed in getting anything completed. I am just saying that it can be a smoke screen to put off producing financials or even completing any of the other agenda items SG has if one looked at it that way. And it is SO STRANGE that it would come into light now with the clock ticking for the release of financials and credibility on SG's part!!

I for one, hope something is in the " fire " so the PPS of this stock will start to climb according to what the the financials show when they are released because everyone should be very aware where it will go without them IMHO! Should also give SG about an extra 500 " brownie points " in the credibility department too!!!!
