That's the spin the naked shorts have used to convince regulators to wink and look the other way. Same kind of thinking would have all folks who are ill euphanized. How many trillions have been stolen from investors by naked shorters? How many honest folks have lost jobs due to the criminal acts of naked shorters?

So the SEC should continue to aid and abet illegal naked short selling of stocks such as BCIT? LMFAO!

Naked short sellers might point out those companies that are delinquent with their filings, but they're not the ones who are causing these companies to be delinquents.

To the extent that naked short sellers are helping clear the garbage out of our markets, it would actually be good public policy on the part of the SEC to just let them do their jobs.
