FOLD - Why do patients generally get off ERT if it is considered somewhat effective? Wouldn't data from these patients who were then treated with Amigal be helpful for doctors to determine whether other Fabry patients would benefit switching immediately from ERT to amigal? If a patient stopped taking ERT because it wasn't effective and found that Amigal was effective would doctors need more evidence from the ERT switch study? A breakdown of the 011 study of how many of the patients screened were ERT naive vs discontinued would be interesting.
