Green Oasis paid Williams 1.4 million shares for $0.1 per share, at a time when the stock was trading at $0.8 per share.

The stock hasn't traded for 80 cents a share for 14 years, since Carraway was involved.

I'm hoping that this fracas will be a "wake up call" to get Peter interested in the stock price again. I hope he realizes that the longer this festers, the worse it makes GRNO look. If somebody at the SEC is willing to state that the stock traded at 80 cents a share in January 2010, it is high time for Peter to get up on his hind legs and see to it that the auditing is completed and we find out what we have waiting to see.
