I read the same email from TA. They confirmed no DUSS dilution since June and you have the updated numbers 3 of us have received from them. If anyone has been watching level II all bidwhacking and selling has all been retail E Trade and CDRG late last Friday a known shorter. I have explained it all since last Friday morning.
