REGARDING $IMDS PRICE ACTION:
It's still up in the air what is happening, I'll say the delisting to Pink sheets is the dumbest rumor in the world so sorry for those folks who sold on that BS, but this is some info taken from the ECDC board as it appears they are having the same issues IMDS is having with the trading activity:
Saw this on the ECDC board, not sure if it applies to IMDS as well but here ya go...
"We have received firm response on what is going on in he market today.
1. The reason for the removal is that the largest MM on the OTCBB is going out of business today and therefore all their client got dropped by OTC including ECDC
2. We are not delisted
3. We are still trading on the QB
4. Once the Finra and SEC figure this out all the companies dropped will properly listed again.
5. We are in full compliance and fully reporting and our business is growing and we have great news to share with our investors.
6. We will secure another MM to trade our shares"
