Lizzy,
Im not on the wrong side. I prefer to see more cooperation and harmony between to the parties working in the interest of the good of the country. I live with, work with and am surrounded by liberals in a very liberal state that hasnt voted for a republican since Ronald Reagan and few times before that. I have voted for dems and republicans just about every election in various offices. I am not really married to one side.

I am someone who supports a tax raise for the highest earners and posted so here in the past. But I resent the way Obama frames it and discusses the subject in a devisive way saying the rich arent doing their part and need to pay their fair share. Instead he should be a leader and unifier and saying Im asking the highest earners in this time of economic crisis to sacrifice a little more and help America at least during this tough period until America can get back on her feet. I despise his poisonous divisive talk and how he frames the issue and divides people. I support a Simpson-Bowles type solution which neither Obama or the other side has ever seriously gotten behind.

Obama has failed as a leader. He has been the great divider instead of uniter that he promised when he first ran.
