We also know that they were hiring late in the quarter so I would presume that the number of workers there currently is higher than the average from the 2nd Q.

As a comparative against QTR 2011-03 when they were supposedly in a similar state just starting to ramp up.

QTR 2011-03 Mill Operation/Preparation Plant: Emp 12 Hrs 2279
QTR 2012-02 Mill Operation/Preparation Plant: Emp 10 Hrs 3251

Although less employees, still nice to see the hours higher suggesting more plant run time.

QTR 2012-02 Office Workers at Mine Site: Emp 10 Hrs 3274

Consistent hours, with an increase of one.

Makes me wonder what this employee category type does, aside from an accounting and/or security function.

G´Day Z .. yep 20 workers ... just shy by 1 for the total we had in Q3, 2011 ... looks like they´re cranking up ... I guess we´re all waiting for the Q3, 2012 10Q which I suspect may be a game changer. Will be a buyer whenever I can till 15th November which I guess is when that 10Q should be filed. Not expecting much from the next 10Q due out 15th August but any surprise would be most welcome.

Looks like more hours worked with less staff though ... a good sign IMHO.
