he has a scheduale of planned sales...as far as im concerned, those sales took place...your site was looking for form 4's to confirm...i dont believe kim has to file a form 4...thus your site found no sales..
as far as im concerned, those sales took place...he had it planned...he schedualed it..they are listed...the volume spiked around the time of the planned sales and the pps took a hit as would be expected...
it should be very easy to find out for sure simply by asking the company...unfortunately the ceo IS the company and only employee...thus you'd have to ask him...and he runs the company like a typical pink sheet operation...he rarely provides any information about anything...
there is no proof of ANYTHING when it comes to this company...
