Tara Gold has been relisted (not reinstated). The SEC did not block this action.

I deliberately posts the 2011 date of the website information in my post as that is only public record available- Aside from Sedar filings dated 2012.
The judicial ruling quoted on this board shows how relevant the 2011 report still is [apology to my English professor]
Subsequent posts here shows that FINRA still must be convinced that TRGD merits listing. A MM will probably be enlisted if TARM share price justifies support to TRGD share price. Just IMO.
