FACTUAL OUTSTANDING SHARES FOR ICPA

According to the 10K time period ending December 2011 filing date March 29, 2012, the outstanding shares were 335,108,685.

According to the 10Q time period January 1, 2012 through March 31, 2012 filing date May 15, 2012, the outstanding shares were 621,827,205.

According to same financials, 60% are owned by insiders and are restricted.

I have yet to find anywhere that says there are currently 800,000,000 shares outstanding as of today.
