The only person that has money to buy that big on the bid in CTDTE is APS sisiter sites ,

but then since we know they sell sell and sell shares everyday , most likely those shares were sold back to the public ,

one thing EVERYONE knows, APS and APS sister sites never hold the bag in these plays.

Incredible CTDTE run from below 0.10 to above 0.40 , over 300% plus profit potential in the PAST! 0.28 hmmm , 0.10-0.15 was an incredible entry.
