The 510K app was rejected last year. Did you miss the 10Q, where it said the 510k application was rejected in August 2011?

Bill, why would you post that knowing in 2011 the FDA rejected IMDS 510k with an NSE letter? IMDS has stated in every SEC filing this year that the 510K was "effectively rejected."

Also, are you not aware the SEC has sent letters to IMDS inquiring about their 510k submission?
