I think all of those 9M trades are retail .0001 buys. I do 9M buys on CGFIA, because 9,999,999 is my limit per order (Fidelity). Somebody's buying crap-ton of CGFIA shares this morning, on a pretty regular basis, too. Some definite accumulation happening.
