The point i've been trying to make (that you laughed at) is that people who use pain meds strictly for pain relief do not need abuse-resistant meds.
Whereas, the people who use pain meds to get high off of will simply move to heroin if they can no longer get their fix from pain meds. The gov't apparently was not expecting this response or at least not to the degree it has shown up.
So, it seems like abuse-resistant pain meds might not be all that relevant to either of those two populations.
I would love to be wrong about this, as i own a gazillion shares of ELTP and i'm way under water.
