MTOR was downgraded a few days ago by Baird & Co. -

Downgraded from Outperform to Neutral - Price Target: reduced to $6 from $13

Maybe they're concerned about the June quarter or the 2nd half outlook ??? Yet even their reduced price target represents a 40% gain from the current price of $4.28

I added shares today bringing my cost basis down to around $4.80, including past trading gains. However it's still under a 3% position ....
