It matters as stated in my last paragraph. If the launch really gets screwed up and they have to issue more shares to make up for that lost revenue - the shares get diluted.
If you don't understand why that is important - maybe you should find another hobby to pass the time.
Perhaps more importantly it is a basic component of corporate governance. IGXT has been stating for months (and documented on the web site pipeline) that the launch will be July 2012. If that is now not the case - and it sure is getting kinda late to meet that - then they need to make a formal revision to shareholders. Or maybe that kind of thing also isn't important to you.
