It certainly is a legit company, and though he overpaid significantly, a decent chance for Carl Desantis to make back a portion of his money one day. It's just a terrible investment for anyone else, IMHO. I think anyone looking at their financial statements, to say nothing of the massive debt and equity position held by Mr. Desantis, would agree.
