I think the topic at the time was 216 technology; I think Activis had products with Elite before the patent; please forgive if that is not true. Now, if Activis has signed up to the 216 technology or game changer patent, then that is indeed great news! Will Activis be funding the Phase III? See it isn't too bad, we do have a partner already but a tight fisted partner who has not said we will fund a Phase III trial.
