Elite didn't have the patent back then. Perhaps Purdue will be forced to rethink their blunder... and continue to struggle with the 1-bead approach while ELTP partners with others.

ALO-01 1-bead manufacturing problems on recall since 2010.

FDA will never approve ALO-02 1-bead technology which is identical to ALO-01.

Continue to wait for your chemistry proof otherwise.

While waiting for Pfizer to solve ALO-01 fatal manufacturing problems, FDA will continue to force Pfizer ALO-02 to new clinical trials whether it be Phase III or higher.

Well, yes. That is one down and many more to go. I think a post or so ago it was said Activis had signed up; that is, unless I misintrepeted the meaning of the post in response to my own context, i.e., the new technology.

Let's be honest.....Purdue passed not because they didn't like Elite's technology....they passed because financially it made more sense for them not to have Abuse Resistant Oxycodone on the market at that time. These times are different. Elite's technology is better than Purdue's one bead system....and if it is not where is the proof?
