#21477 RE: lasers #21471

The question is how bad they want to prevent accidental deaths from patents genuinely in neede of relief. No one can prevent a death from an abuser and probably the FDA should abandon that thought. However, that the FDA wants to prevent accidental deaths may or may not mean anything for Elite investors. I have read nothing to suggest that FDA has been pleading and begging for Elite's technology; it appears that at the present only Elite and followers appreciate the potential. So where does that leave Elite share holders? Same place they where a year ago.

Lasers said: "ELI-216 is designed to stop the accidental deaths by those in pain and following the container instructions. It cannot be defeated with household mechanisms like microwave, oven, coke extraction etc. and still have analgesic properties. That is what the FDA wants."

Accidental deaths don't occur by people *deliberately* putting pills in the microwave or oven or using coke extraction, etc! Accidental would be taking too many pills at a time or taking them too often. Elite's methodology wouldn't stop that. It stops getting off deliberately on the meds, which in turn leads to going for drugs such as heroin instead.
