I'm confused by the news. Can someone clarify?

I'm under the impression that DGRI nor RadarNica had control of the concessions of the VN1 mine in June, yet the PR says the results are from the Bulk Sampling from June. Sampling from what?!

Further more, Triton Minera SA just got their environmental permits so they could go through sampling on the VN1 mine in late October 2011. Were their results bad enough that they gave up mining it themselves? http://www.mem.gob.ni/index.php?s=1&idp=186&idt=1
