Lowman isnt bashing....he does have a legitmate point regarding the share structure.

Either there are 54MM restricted shares that I cannot find any information regarding in the last 1.5 yrs of filings or the company hasnt updated the pinksheets profile correctly.

This should all be easily cleared up by contacting IR and asking the right questions.

As of now the current information points to 54MM restricted shares sitting somewhere and from other folks emails with IR the company is not claiming them.

Being open to facts is neither bashing or pumping...its just good DD.
