hiker, I think you will find a clear pattern off the Aug highs on that RUT chart. We're forming 3-black crows on the daily here on the RUT, but we should re-trace more than we did in August (maybe 50%?), as we should have 5-waves down rather than 3 from the August highs.
The target would be ideally 640 RUT for a low in October.
