I've been in many mining stocks...this one is moving at a great clip and producton may be ongoing.

The AS is not the float or the OS......they are inactive unless the company wants to utilize them. The AS shares are not in the market. And if they are put there....most would be restricted. And if they aquire something sensational that will bring in the moolah....that would be fantastic.
In this time of a horrible economy and tight money even the big boys have trouble getting loans.
