Go to OTCmarkets.com and you'll see the SS as of June.

If o/s is 609M, and float is 555M, obviously 54M have been restricted from trading. Since the last date in which KMAG issued shares was 7/19/11, and pinksheets always require 1 yr restrictions, it is safe to assume that after July 19th, the last of the (non-floating) o/s (54M) will be free to trade.

It was my hope that perhaps another insider besides JR owns these, but since no one has said so, I will continue to assume they are not insider owned.
