We should be promoting wild salmon and not farm raised. Farm raised salmon have PBC,s and other toxins and the balance of Omega 3 is low while having higher Omega 6.
Here is one article that I found that shows how bad farm raised fish is to your health. I buy canned wild salmon from Alaska at WalMart which can be used in place of tuna (high mercury) sandwiches, used in casseroles, or salmon cakes.
