Once restrcied shares are issued, there is no changing them. They can not be re-restricted. Just doesn't work that way.

Your links have nothing to do with the 54M in question.

I think you might be talking about the 25MM Preferred shares issued to JR...

The 54MM is from a previous financing deal I believe.
