Yep...and have 2 months to do it..I imagine back up plan was in place before. These guys are too big to not have something lined up and offers on the table, that verbage had to be disclosed but this isnt a start up pinksheet trying to merge/get bought out etc..hoping its a blip and then we get a bomb dropped---will make things interesting for sure

True ...they don't get to keep the money ...the warrants are redeemable ...thats a lot of $$$ to pay out
