Not to sell but maybe help sell. It would suck if someone sold into the Q2 release. Imagine the best news to date coming out and us being lucky to stay at this share price.
Not quite, since it's not JR selling anything (except RFIDs).
He's certainly aware of the 54M that will soon be unrestricted, but likely has no power over the seller. He's probably not trying to help them so much as he's probably trying to keep shareholders from getting wallopped yet more.
