If PWC wants a trial, HLNT will win, yes. For months I was 98% sure. I am now 100% sure, and PWC is learning the sad truth for themselves. They have a major dilemma. They take their chances at trial and lose they run the risk of owing HLNT substantial sums which they will be forced to pay from other lawsuit collections from which thy had hoped to recoup their fees. PWC should offer a settlement of just walking away. It is the best they will get.
