SIRG has been in default and nobody filed for judgement so clearly it is has not been a problem.

...yet. Just because a thing hasn't happened doesn't mean it won't happen.

With Barton Budman at the helm of the SRIG ship we have faith in his experience to lead SIRG through all obstacles and into production next year.

Investing in faith = gambling.

Don't you wonder how SIRG, a little upstart junior mining company is/was able to attract men of such quality to serve on their BOD?

No. Power, wealth and corruption feed on those less fortunate and unaware.

If it can attract men of such high quality and connections, then funding should not be a problem.

Just my guess, but they have a much larger vision for the company down the road!
