Well anybody can clearly see that with the notes that sirg is in default on, they are struggling for funding other wise they would not be in default. Now for the LOI, I am sure that others now view it as a credibility issue with management being the deadline for it was nearly one month ago without a word from management about it. But thank you for your opinion.
