Price is easily manipulated and if increased (or decreased) on low volume means nothing. Bid support is the foundation of a liquid stock and needs to tightly follow the ask to have strength. Right now, SIRG is actually benefiting from lack of volume in that regards.

The L2 as of right now is showing support of only 12,200 shares at .0085. Next best bid is 0067.
