no those shares are either given to asher at the time of the agreement or held in the treasury until they are due they cannot just pull shares out of thin air any shares under contract need to be off the open market until the time they can be sold

It has already been posted those shares are restricted shares. They cannot be sold prior to the due date of the note!

Again, the SIRG investors have every reason to have faith in Mr. Budman, SIRG's new CFO's ability to deal with the funding situation.
