That is true. That means that they can sell them at will. Given that Asher is a finance company and not an investment company, they will be selling shares to recover their principle loan to SIRG. Finance companies need liquidity to perform.

Being able to sell millions of shares down to 0.0008 and still make a profit is a nice position to be in.
