Nonsense. All you have to do is look at Rox's proven history with EMXC to know this is way off base.
EMXC was DTC chilled and then SEC suspended exactly because Rox was selling shares (especially unregistered shares) as fast as she could. The TA had NO idea what the share count actually was. The recent explosion (and confusion) in the MPIX share count, the sudden appearance of still unexplained preferred shares, all show she's up to exactly the same thing.
Rox has sold shares privately to many people. Rox sold shares in EMXC same way. The way it works legally has nothing to do with Rox. She is a felon do you think she plays according to the rules. There is legal way and then there is her way. Sorry but Rox issues shares to various parties then they end up in her pocket. She also does not pay her obligations. Sorry your opinion of Rox is missing facts. Name one truth that has come from Rox just one that can be proven to be fact.
What it seems that she does, is gifts them to either Washington Reality Group or some Church and then sells them direct from there. That is what she did with the ones she sold me direct. Remember, Dorliss was the TA Agent at one time and he resided with her until his arrest. Maybe he still does. Were they in cahoots? IMO! Yes!
