Me too. I am invested with another stock where the same thing happened and they got the E then got their filing in and the E dropped and they were off the pinks and back on the OTCBB. With this transition, the last thing they want is to be pulled off the OTCBB and the expense they would incur as a result of it. Seems quite a few companies are in the same boat. Kind of reminds me of a child who is told they can't go out and play until they get their chores done, doesn't take it seriously, and finds out they will now be grounded for a year and works to get them done at the last minute. LOL :)
