Just got in from the Hospital so I'm a little behind. Have had some swelling in my lower right leg and finally went to the doctors today and he sent me for tests. Gotta go back tomorrow as well as have a nurse come to me daily for an injection in my stomach for six days. Seems after thirty five years that football injury is catching up to me and somethings moved in my knee causing pressure on a vein and created a blood clot. Or it's something else. I was walking the halls as it's tough to sit for eight hours without a keyboard and monitor and this doctor was watching me and finally came up to me and said that I was walking really well. I told him I walked a mile a day at least and more when the weather was good and he told me that he just looked at my X-ray and wondered how much pain I had. I laughed and said I wasn't in any pain just wanted to check on the swelling.
There are times when I think these guys just guess as much as some of the financial execs. Maybe it's just more of my cynicism!
