I don't have any information on legal procedings. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that something is going on. Now, all of a sudden Tony is wanting shareholders to contact him via email, according to some on this board. For months people have been trying to contact him for answers with NO response. Now all of a sudden others are saying that Tony is the "good guy" in this mess and Rick is the "bad guy." Are you kidding me??? The pps tanked while Tony was running the show, diluted this to 12 billion and posted numerous misleading information. If anything, I would hold Tony more to Blame in this mess than Rick. I don't want to here any "poor Tony" BS.
