Agreed, my point is that we can opine all day, but it's really only the SEC, should any entity/person pursue that route, who can do anything about prior management's actions.

Defrauding shareholders is hardly a moot point. I find it strange you only post when folks speak of accountibility for the Dibiase brothers you swoop in to their defense. Knowing what they did why would someone do that?
THE RISK in Shareholders' or other contacted/enlisted Outside Parties (including the SEC) becoming involved is...
If they dont get involved will these guys give the money back they stole in good faith? Im sure lol.
