eat what $5M cash? They are getting it back. MRL is in shambles at the moment, just had mass board resignations and a management shakeup. They just reported a $2.6M loss so I think they'd just love to have their cash back and focus on fixing their own problems. The repayment schedule hasn't been set in stone yet and that was the reason for the legal terminology in the 8-k. manhattan has completely agreed to be paid back and return stock. You don't know the dynamics of this relationship or the status or othe DJV's between MRL:ECOB & you are assuming (because when you make a bad trade you become bitter) MRL is bitter...

Take your loss with ECOB and send your riches to Gardner, a guy like you will have a much better chance making up your losses supporting a .... whatever scam Gardner is running now..
