i dont think he had many options...like i said days
ago they were not going to turn this into a 100 dollar a share stock and let him cover it in the open market and there was
going to be a financial offer made and the brokerage houses
were not going to sit on the sidelines and be accountible for any of these shares at there brokerage firms..

i mean he could have said no and than had nobody allowing trading the stock like payd and others learn wont work either...
