personally id err on the side of no censorship or very little.
i dont think calling a nation stupid is so damaging. it does reveal the narrow view of the accuser and is rediculous but banable no. i think those who come on a board like this in full rage mode hurling personal attacks do need a time out at the least. we have all seen this over the past 10+ years on the cs thread from time to time, the sam exchange comes to mind as an example. and i even had sam on ignore for a while because im anti religion, but im not going to rage on about what i think is a dragged out ot conversation. so hooey=no ban, or temp ban. personal rage attack=ban is how i would do it.
