UNQT & Cervelle have repeatedly said NO DILUTION, NO R/S, last one was in 2010 with different Management
Do you really think the company and Cervelle would repeatedly say no dilution or r/s then actually do it at this dirt cheap pps and lose all their investors and credibility forever??? Not to mention everything they have done would all been a complete waste of time.
