Ich face the facts its not done. We have 475 million a/s. A lot more harm to come to any one who is common shareholder and thinks this is an investment. Will Joe create a new p & D to trade is for profit maybe. he created more victims when it went to 50 cents and then share dumping brought it down. Yet this clearly is not to invest in anything he builds. A small flight school is too small for all the shares. I have 475 million reasons to say that.

May 22, 2012 Centacom Holdings entertains share exchange with a New England based technology company.

Centacom Holdings has been approached by a New England based technology company to entertain a share exchange to acquire our company. This company is in the process of creating a NASDAQ small cap traded public company, which will acquire if successful a total of three companies into their public venture, all of the targets are in the technology and software related fields. In our initial conversations, it was proposed that shares of Centacom Holdings Corporation will be exchanged for shares of their new public entity, once completed Centacom Holdings would be a subsidiary of the new public company being formed. We currently have 99 million shares outstanding and 1 million left to distribute to achieve the 100 million shares that will be exchanged. A California based merger and acquisition company is handling the creation of the public entity for the New England based technology company and we are working with them to complete the terms of proposed deal.

If all is agreed to in terms, a LOI will be created and released to our shareholders, the target time to complete the deal is fall of 2012. Centacom Holdings will continue to do as we do now, create marketing plans, operations management and new product development for the parent company and its targeted acquisitions. Centacom Holdings shareholders will be notified as this agreement progresses and plans to hold a shareholders meeting in July / Aug 2012 to release more details as they come available.
