PPS went from $1.01 to $1.90 on volume of 175 on 7/8 ~ Don't think the FLOAT had much to do with this price swing.

Hmmmm ~ Can't imagine how a stock could fluctuate with NO VOLUME

UNQT PPS went from $1.90 ~ 0.07 between 7/8/11 - 8/31/11 ~ Maybe these fluctuations were from the 20/50 MA'S getting all crossed up ~ dunno ;-)
