Why doesn't he just do the same thing cobalis di, and recall the certs for a cert exchange ?? It seems so simlpe for me, that any mm that is holding counterfeit certs will have to find a way to fulfill their obligations to us and by hook or by crook find shares to replace the ones they sold us that were not real. What is wrong with this simple plan?
