#260418 RE: Flyguy #260412

Morning, Truth. Not that I want to start re-litigating all the legal stuff yet again, but you're right in all this. A couple of points, when it comes to $$QASP:

- Seems to me a court order dictates just who's in charge at $$QASP and it's been that way for some time. Since, like, mid-2011 or thereabouts.

- Subsequent court hearings have reaffirmed just who was in charge, that person being Joe Canouse and NOT Dean Bradley or Jeff DiGenova. That fact's going to stay a fact, no matter the screaming from the "other side" in all this.

IT'S OVER, in other words. Canouse is in charge, and is going to stay in charge, absent some huge and heretofore unknown piece of evidence that totally upsets the apple cart over at $$QASP. I personally don't see that happening and I don't think anybody else with half a brain does, either.

No Jeff D. is going to ride in on his white horse to save the day, right? And you know why? Well, pretty much all motions to vacate or even just clarify the judge's order keeping Joe C. in place have been dismissed to this point. Court orders also clearly state that Dean Bradley ain't in charge. Anybody claiming either that he still is or that he has a snowball's chance in Hades of being put back in charge is just trying to foul up the waters with a bunch of nonsense.

It just ain't gonna happen, and no amount of harping over ancient history here is gonna change the fact that Joe's over there today, that he'll be over there tomorrow and that he'll continue being in charge over there as long as he wants to remain in charge, it seems to me.

Also; from what I hear, the next filing's going to show that Dean Bradley's no longer even the majority shareholder and that his preferreds aren't enough to keep him as majority shareholder. It's my guess that that fact sticks because preferreds either were, or are in the process of being, amended.

Game over for Dean, it would seem to anybody looking at all this from a distance. He's got no juice and neither does Jeff D. or anybody else trying to run the company down to break it, ruin it and profit via other actions through NSHS.

As to all the other nonsense; yesterday's hearing was on a totally separate matter, and not part of the business operations of the company. Whether or not a PO is eventually given to the complainants and against the respondent (Joe C.), that ain't gonna change the objective facts of $$QASP and its current leadership in the least. Also, discovery's a real grind, and folks need to understand that a lot of background information -- ON BOTH SIDES -- can be revealed through it. Things like trading activities and records and such.

I'd pay fifty cents to see all that stuff be brought out into the light of day, for sure. My guess is it'd be very illuminating.
